Pre-registration
Visitlog's Visitors Registration System also allows the visitors to pre-register themselves through a web page which will print the visitor label or set up errands to populate the visitor's data automatically. The name of the pre-registered visitor will appear in the list of expected visitors.
Self-Registration
Visitors can check-in themselves using a kiosk at the reception, after arriving in the lobby. This kiosk could be an Asus PC or a Microsoft Surfaced Table which could also print badges with company’s identity on it.
User Rights
With Visitlog, different rights to different people could be assigned within the company. For instance , standard visitors or clients will be allowed to pre-register their guests and individuals or a group at reception will be allowed to see all visitors details and monitor their sign-in & sign-out time.
